What You'll Do

As our Data Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for transforming raw data into intelligent business insights. You'll work across departments to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions that illuminate performance and guide decision-making.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs.

  • Translating stakeholder requests into actionable queries and clean, meaningful data representations.

  • Managing and integrating data from various sources like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and other platforms.

  • Supporting ongoing projects by building new dashboards and extending existing solutions.

  • Ensuring data accuracy, performance, usability, and functionality of the BI ecosystem.

  • Writing and maintaining clear documentation for data workflows and dashboards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer — from data modeling and DAX calculations to dashboard design and migration.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills — ability to convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Previous experience in financial or marketing analytics is an added advantage.
