Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a 
collaborator
 between stakeholders and the technical team, gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that business needs are translated into effective solutions. 
This role focuses on business and system analysis rather than data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business needs, objectives, and challenges.

· Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.

· Facilitate meetings and workshops to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

· Work closely with product managers, project managers, UX / UI designers, and developers 
throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Create user stories, business process models, and use cases.

· Participate in solution design reviews to ensure business requirements are met.

· Support testing teams by validating functionality against requirements and participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

· Act as the first point of contact for business-side queries during the implementation phase.

· Assist in developing user manuals, training materials, and conducting training sessions for end users.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

· Experience in software development or digital transformation projects.

· Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN), workflows, and requirement elicitation techniques.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Proficiency in writing clear, concise documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and SRS user stories.

· Familiarity with Agile methodology.

· Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Plus points Qualifications:

· Basic understanding of APIs or system integration concepts (non-technical).

· Knowledge or experience working with workflow engines ( Camunda, Nintex, or similar).

· Background in permitting processes or GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
is a strong plus.

· Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.
