About the Role
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst with a strong foundation in SAP environments and advanced analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will transform complex data from multiple sources into actionable insights, build compelling visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making across our retail and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Statistical Modeling
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Apply statistical methods and techniques to solve complex business problems
- Develop predictive models and forecasting solutions
- Perform data quality assessments and implement data validation processes
Reporting & Visualization
- Design and develop advanced reports using Crystal Reports and SAP tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
- Build automated reporting solutions that deliver timely insights to stakeholders
- Transform raw data into clear, compelling visual narratives
Data Integration & Management
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP Business One
- Work with Mira and Salla platform databases to generate comprehensive sales and operational reports
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified analytical views
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
Programming & Technical Development
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Develop analytical scripts and automation using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Matplotlib)
- Utilize R for statistical analysis and data manipulation
- Build reusable data pipelines and analytical frameworks
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data insights
- Support strategic planning with data-backed analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Business One
- Solid knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Matplotlib) or R for data analysis
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (finance, inventory, sales, purchasing)
- Understanding of SAP Business One data structures and reporting capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mira and Salla e-commerce platforms, including their database structures and reporting
- Background in retail or e-commerce analytics
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Experience with advanced statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals
- Familiarity with DAX and Power Query in Power BI
- SAP Business One or BusinessObjects certification
