Job Role:

As a Personnel Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of human resources processes, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and labor legislation. Your role will involve maintaining accurate employee records, managing the full employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding), and supporting the efficient execution of all organizational personnel needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all personnel records (physical and digital) are accurate, up-to-date, confidential, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of new employee onboarding (paperwork, system access) and manage the processes for employee offboarding
  • Assist in communicating and ensuring employee compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees regarding routine HR questions, such as benefits, leave policies, and internal procedures.
  • Assist HR management in preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, and taking notes for disciplinary, grievance, and performance improvement procedures.
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of employee attendance, vacation, sick leave, and other forms of paid and unpaid leave.
  • Any other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in the same role
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is obligatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PP, etc)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
