About the Role

You will manage payroll cycles, maintain employee records, handle hires and exits, and ensure all data is updated accurately. You'll work closely with government authorities, support audits, manage benefits, and provide regular HR reports. This role is key to keeping our HR processes smooth, compliant, and employee-focused.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.


• Manage payroll cycles and process hires, terminations, and status changes.


• Provide accurate payroll data (absences, bonuses, leaves).


• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.


• Coordinate with departments to resolve HR-related inquiries.


• Support audits and prepare required documentation.


• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.


• Manage employee benefits and handle related inquiries.


• Liaise with insurance providers and government authorities.


• Prepare payments for governmental entities.

* Provide weekly and monthly HR reports (turnover, headcount).

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in Personnel & Payroll.


• Good English proficiency.


• Strong Excel & Outlook skills.


• Solid knowledge of labor law and dealing with governmental authorities.


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and time management.
