Alfagr For Construction Works is currently hiring Architecture or Civil Tender & Commercial Engineers, to join a qualified team in the Technical sector.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering


• 4-7 years of experience as a QS


• 3-5 years of experience as a Tender


• 2-4 years of experience as a Procurement


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


• Autocad, Office, Revit, ASD, Ms Project experience

Job Description;

  • Quantity surveying for R.C works and All Finishing works.

  • Preparing subcontractor invoices

  • Preparing the owner's invoices and monitoring the variation orders.

  • Making coordination between owner invoice items with actual work done on site.

  • following up Variations

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

  • Review project specifications and drawings to determine requirements.

  • Ensuring that the documents are complete and developing a study plan.

  • Coordinate with various teams to gather necessary information .

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of estimates and procurement activities.

  • Develop and manage relationships with local suppliers

  • Source and negotiate the purchase of Materials and services

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish

  • Work with other departments to ensure that the company's needs are met
