Job Description:

  • Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.
  • Handle technical office tasks including material submittals, RFIs, and coordination with consultants.
  • Participate in tendering activities: quantity surveying, cost estimation, and preparing BOQs.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure design implementation and resolve technical issues.
  • Follow up on project documentation, approvals, and technical reports.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical office, shop drawings, and tendering within construction or contracting companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
