Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Tender MEP Engineer for a full-time, on-site position at our October office. The primary responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, developing cost estimation and tender submissions for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The role requires preparing technical and financial proposals, attending project meetings, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and coordinating with project teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including MEP coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in Building Services design, implementation, and coordination
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP-specific applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in estimating, tendering processes, and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
