Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring, operating, and maintaining all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, firefighting, water supply, pump rooms, and drainage systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize system downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Assist in preparing material requests, spare parts lists, and managing inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Follow up on purchasing orders for MEP spare parts, tools, and equipment, to ensure timely delivery, compliance with specifications, and adherence to budget.
  • Support in maintaining and troubleshooting swimming pool systems, landscape lighting, and street lighting networks.
  • Coordinate and assist in minor civil works related to facility maintenance and projects.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure efficient operation of building systems.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair works, equipment supply, and service agreements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential facility management or hospitality.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool systems, pump stations, landscape and street lighting, and Preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to read and modify technical, MS Office; knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage.
