We are now seeking an experienced
Healthcare Recruiter
to join our team under Virtucruits Flexi framework to support the recruitment needs of our clients within the healthcare sector.

Role Overview
As a
Recruiter Healthcare Sector (Project-Based)
, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment function for assigned client accounts. Working closely with client HR teams and hiring managers, you will ensure their recruitment objectives are met efficiently and professionally while representing and maintaining their employer brand.

You will report functionally to both
Virtucruit
and the
clients HR department
, managing active projects with precision, consistency, and a partnership-driven mindset.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on accountability, relationship management, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a flexible working setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned healthcare clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Partner with client HR departments and hiring managers to define hiring needs, priorities, and workforce plans.
  • Maintain and represent the clients employer brand throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-calibre healthcare talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate engagement from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide regular progress reports to both Virtucruit and client HR stakeholders.
  • Foster long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Uphold compliance with data protection, professional ethics, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare talent markets and role specialisations.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and recruitment delivery independently.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deliverables under defined timelines.
  • Self-driven, professional, and comfortable working remotely with dual reporting lines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and professional networking channels.
