Qsource is hiring Project Manager for a well-known company located in New Cairo.

Work Type: Full-Time onsite

Summary:

We're looking for an IT-background Project Manager with 3–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end technology projects, coordinate with internal/external teams, and support technical operations with strong ownership and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery).
  • Coordinate with internal teams & external vendors.
  • Track timelines, milestones & risks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare project documents, reports & follow-up actions.
  • Support meeting rooms, conferencing systems & collaboration tools.
  • Ensure project requirements are aligned with all stakeholders.
  • Manage MS Office 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
  • Conduct project meetings, set agendas & follow up.
  • Provide high-level technical support when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems & environments.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid project planning, risk management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 tools.
  • Familiarity with meeting room equipment & conferencing tools.
