Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Management:
    Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Security Management:
    Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats.
  • Oracle Applications:
    Manage Oracle applications, ensuring they are effectively integrated with our business processes and meet user needs.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in network, security, and application support.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
  • System Monitoring:
    Monitor network performance and security, troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing preventive measures.
  • Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that service agreements meet organizational needs.
  • Training & Support:
    Provide training and support for staff on network security protocols and Oracle application usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on network and security management, as well as Oracle applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
