We're Hiring – IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Nasr City, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time

Al Mostakbal Technology is looking for a talented and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure — including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, firewalls, and network devices — ensuring performance, security, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain physical & virtual servers (Windows/Linux).

Administer VMware environments (v Center, ESXi).

Handle storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.

Configure and monitor network switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Implement security best practices and IT policies.

Monitor system health and resolve incidents within SLA.

Support IT infrastructure projects and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure administration.

Strong knowledge of VMware, networking, and firewalls (Fortinet, Huawei).

Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.

Familiar with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds).

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Certifications:

VCP, Microsoft Certified (Windows Server / Azure), CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or ITIL Foundation.
