Job Description:

  • Prepare and verify all documentation required for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport companies to ensure smooth and timely clearance.
  • Follow up daily on shipment status, updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all customs-related documents.
  • Track shipments and prepare reports on clearance progress and delays.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Finance, and Warehouse.
  • Support in resolving any issues or discrepancies in customs documents.
  • Monitor and update shipment data in the company system.
  • Assist in cost control by checking and verifying broker invoices and customs fees.
  • Participate in improving documentation and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to handle documentation and follow-up with companies/customs brokers
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn customs procedures
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain (preferred, not required)
