Position: Sr. Pricing and Tender Planning Specialist – Saudi Arabia.
Location: Egypt

We are the HEMAR, Pricing& SAM (Health Economics, Market Access, Reimbursement, Pricing& Strategic Account Management) team at Johnson & Johnson, serving Saudi Arabia. We work cross-functionally to drive the organization's access agenda and ensure patients receive timely access to J&J's innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities:

1- Pricing Management:

• Collaborate with various internal functions to shape J&J' IM pricing strategy in Saudi Arabia, focusing on both list and net prices for existing brands and new product launches.

• Support the HEMAR Leads in the development, review, and management of net price cases, including innovative contracting and managed entry agreements and secure governance net pricing strategy execution.

• Provide clear recommendations on pricing trends and assumptions across the J&J IM portfolio to support key business planning processes, including Annual Business Plans, mid-term, and long-term financial forecasts.

• Handle SFDA pricing requirements accurately and promptly to ensure successful product registration in accordance with EMEA guidelines.

• Collaborate with regional access and pricing teams across EM, EMEA, and global levels.

2- Tender Management:

• Lead all aspects of tender management and tracking, providing insights on tender trends, updated terms and conditions, and supporting efforts to secure winning bids.

• Conduct tender award analysis, lead communications, and be responsible for contract creation and validation.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant tender management teams at distributors.

• Ensure timely updates of J&J IM systems, including myPrice and iTender.

• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of price, tender, DPOs, and RFQ approvals, ensuring governance and accurate execution.

3- Data Reconciliation & Validation:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align records management, document review, and support internal reporting cycles for hand in hand program with validated data inputs.

• Responsible for reconciliation and validation of HIH program-related data, maintaining detailed documentation to ensure accuracy in financial and record-keeping processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Access, Tender, Pricing, Regulatory roles.

• Saudi market experience is an advantage.

• Strong attention to details, Interpersonal skills& critical thinking.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with trackers, pivot tables, and basic reporting tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable coordinating across teams and external partners.

• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance and data accuracy.
