Civil Tendering / Estimation Engineer – 6th of October City

CICG A leading construction company based in 6th of October City is seeking a Civil Engineer (Male or Female) specialized in Tendering and Estimation.

Key Responsibilities:


•Prepare and analyze project quantities and review technical specifications and drawings.


•Prepare cost estimates and pricing for various work items.


•Study tenders and new projects, analyzing requirements and documentation.


•Collect and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.


•Coordinate with technical and procurement departments to obtain accurate pricing.


•Prepare tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.


•Follow up on technical queries and clarifications during the tender phase.


•Update and maintain pricing databases, material costs, and execution rates.

Requirements:


•1 years of experience in tendering and estimation within construction companies.


•Proficient in AutoCAD, office.


•Knowledge of Primavera or MS Projects.


•Good knowledge of local market prices and construction methods.


•Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.


•English language proficiency is required.
