Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Attendant, based in Qesm El Maadi with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Attendant will focus on assisting clients by providing information and recommendations about products, handling inquiries, promoting financial services, and facilitating the lending and insurance application processes. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, helping meet sales targets, and ensuring outstanding customer experience in alignment with Ingaz's values.

Qualifications

  • Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with microfinance products, services, or basic financial systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
