Job Description:

Urban Real Estate Marketing is hiring a Sales Admin who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting the sales department in achieving its goals through efficient coordination, reporting, and CRM management.

Responsibilities:


• Work efficiently on CRM systems and manage all leads.


• Distribute leads among the sales team and track daily progress.


• Monitor sales team performance and client responses.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.


• Oversee attendance and working hours for the sales team.


• Coordinate between the company and developers/project owners.


• Follow up on site visits, bookings, and contracts.


• Conduct call quality checks.


• Maintain and update unit inventory regularly.


• Upload and organize data on the sales drive.


• Track the monthly target for each sales member.


• Ensure smooth coordination between departments to support sales.


• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department for lead follow-up and alignment .

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.


• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Admin in a real estate marketing company.


• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
