About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and building strong relationships within the construction and finishing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients (residential, commercial, administrative).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, consultants, and clients.

Present company services and proposals in a professional and convincing manner.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure proper project handover.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Provide regular reports on leads, opportunities, and market trends.


Requirements:

2–3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the construction/finishing sector.

Strong network of connections in the real estate and contracting field specially in Fitout .

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid driver's license is a plus.


Compensation:

Attractive basic salary + commission on closed deals.

Mobile line and transportation allowance (or company car – based on performance).
