Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with customers to provide technical solutions that meet their requirements, focusing on the company's portfolio of products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, delivering technical support, and working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals. The role requires active communication with customers, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques
  • Hands-on experience in Technical Support and problem-solving
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Previous experience in the electrical supplies or manufacturing industry is preferred
