Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Telephone Operator. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently using the hotel's switchboard systems, providing top-tier customer support to guests, and assisting with inquiries or transfers to appropriate departments. The role requires maintaining phone etiquette and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest services aligned with Le Méridien's standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Phone Etiquette and professional Switchboard Operator skills.
  • Strong abilities in Customer Support and managing Switchboard systems.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a guest-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or related customer-service field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous but not required.
