Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Financial Advisor - Customer Service. The role involves providing exceptional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction, managing client inquiries, maintaining professional telephone manners, and addressing customer-focused concerns. The advisor will engage directly with clients to build trust and assist in achieving financial goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Customer-focused Service and active listening skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner and communication abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • A background in finance or prior experience in financial advisory is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
