Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Sales professional. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, managing sales strategies, and conducting sales training. The position involves presenting a variety of property options to clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the best possible deals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct and manage Sales Training
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
