Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in English via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Log all interactions and updates in the customer service system.
• Work closely with other departments to support customer needs.
• Meet performance targets, including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Fluent in English "spoken and written"
- Experience as customer service or tech support
- Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria
