Job Purpose:

  • Technical Support is mainly working at the client's site, so he should be able to understand the requests and accommodate the client, and always be ready to offer all the required support on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make sure that all the client's requirements are met with reference to the company standards.
  • On-site technical support for its operators/technicians; second-level technical support.
  • Analysis of the machine's performance and provide creative solutions for the arising problems.
  • Understand, follow, and update machine manuals and documentation if required.
  • Training the technicians on the machines' operation and manual usage.
  • Stocktaking spare parts.
  • Data entry operations.
  • Perform corrective and preventive periodic maintenance.
  • Perform periodic reporting for site status.
  • Monitor operational conditions and evaluate operators.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Graduated from the Electronics or Mechatronics department or from any technical institute in the Mechanical and Electronics field.
  • 3 years of previous experience as a technical support is preferable
  • Very Good English spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is mandatory (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of printing machines maintenance.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Knowledge in computer network maintenance.

  • Ability to speak, read, and understand technical and business concepts in conversations.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are critical.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues.
  • Conform to his team leader's instructions.
