Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Compensation & Benefits Manager. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities include evaluating existing structures, conducting market research to ensure competitiveness, managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and collaborating with leadership to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives. This role also measures the effectiveness of benefits programs and makes recommendations for improvements while maintaining budgetary control.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Compensation Analysis, Salary Structuring, and Benefits Administration
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research and Benchmarking
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR policies
  • Advanced skills in Data Analysis and Excel for managing compensation and benefits data
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership and HR teams to develop strategic programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications like CCP or SHRM is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector
