Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Specialist role at the Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino, located in Qesm El Zamalek. The Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, being the primary point of contact for inquiries, addressing guest feedback, and providing exceptional customer support. Additional duties include facilitating check-in and checkout processes, assisting with special requests, recommending hotel amenities, and promoting services to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Guest Relations, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and interpersonal
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote services effectively
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is advantageous
