About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic
Trainer
with experience in the
cosmetics industry
(skin care, makeup, and perfumes). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training teams or clients and a strong understanding of beauty products and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product knowledge and sales training sessions for staff.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials and presentations.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and product innovations.
  • Support brand launches, workshops, and events.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    as a Trainer in cosmetics (skin care, makeup, or perfumes).
  • Fluent English
    (spoken and written).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and passion for beauty.
  • Ability to work full-time and travel when needed.
