Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR & CEO Assistant to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our firm's human resources and administrative functions, with a key focus on HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management (30%):
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including social & health insurance, and other employee programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis.

  • Business Development Executive Practice (35%):

  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and managing client relationships.
  • Assist in market research and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities.

  • Administrative Support (35%):

  • Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the firm, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources management and Administration
  • Proven experience in an architectural design and engineering consulting firm is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment.
