Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and procedures to keep the environment efficient and compliant.
  • Oversee the sales team's administrative workflow and ensure all deals processed under her supervision are executed accurately and on time, directly contributing to revenue operations.
  • Maintain and enforce office policies aligned with company standards.
  • Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor scheduling to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Handle all correspondence and maintain organized, accessible documentation systems.
  • Assist with onboarding workflows, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across all HR-related files.
  • Prepare reports, internal communications, and updates for leadership.
  • Support management with special projects that drive operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • +5 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and people-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
