Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, maintaining office equipment, and supporting administrative tasks. This role also involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, ensuring smooth communication within the office, and providing excellent customer service to clients and internal teams. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster professional relationships and address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, meetings, and office documentation efficiently
- Experience with Office Equipment to ensure proper functionality and maintenance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to oversee daily office operations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in relevant office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a similar role or administrative capacity is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
