Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring HR Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including deductions, overtime, and compliance with labor laws
  • Personnel Management: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Social Insurance & Governmental Entities: Manage relationship with social insurance operations (Form and labor bureau and any other related entities
  • Medical Operations & Benefits Administration: Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits; & liaise with providers for smooth operations
  • Onboarding & Off-boarding Activities: Handle new joiners documents and exit formalities including clearance, final settlement, and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies; prepare reports for audits and inspections
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Data Reporting: Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summaries) for management decision-making
  • Manage relationships with insurance providers, medical networks, and payroll service vendors.
  • Support HR Projects: Assist in HR initiatives such as engagement programs, policy updates, and system implementations
  • Conduct employees' investigation when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements
  • Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
  • 3–5 years in HR operations or payroll administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English
