We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist
to manage end-to-end HR operations across all departments, while also
supporting recruitment activities for hospitality roles
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and working closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilitie
s

HR Operations (Primary Focus
):

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for all departments, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Prepare and coordinate pre-employment documentation, contracts, and HR forms.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Coordinate closely with Payroll, Personnel, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Handle employee HR inquiries and support day-to-day HR operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulatio
    ns.

Recruitment Support – Hospitality Roles:

  • Support recruitment activities for hospitality-related roles (e.g., F&B, front office, guest services, operations).
  • Assist with CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and support a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements to meet operational and seasonal hiring timelines.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
