Job Purpose:

To support the daily operations of the Human Resources department by coordinating HR activities, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in the onboarding process and ensure new hire files are complete.

  1. Employee Relations & Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (hard and soft copies).

Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime reports.

Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and deductions data.

  1. Training & Development:

Coordinate internal and external training sessions.

Prepare training nominations, attendance, and evaluation reports.

  1. HR Operations & Communication:

Draft HR letters (employment, insurance, bank, and experience letters).

Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in organizing company events and HR-related activities.

  1. Compliance & Policy Support:

Ensure adherence to company policies and Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.

Assist in internal HR audits and documentation reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or Law.

1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.

Good understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
