Role Description

Responsible for managing and supporting the company's credit card operations, including processing

applications, monitoring accounts, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and

regulatory standards..

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge and experience in Credit Cards and Finance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify and close opportunities
  • Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving and time management
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools in a financial setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus

Responsibilities

Review and process credit card applications, verifying information and assessing eligibility.

Monitor customers' accounts for timely payments, credit limits, and unusual activity.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and fraud-related issues.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding credit card terms, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, risk, collections) to ensure smooth credit operations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and account changes.

Assist in reporting and analysis related to credit card performance, delinquencies, and trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related field.

1 – 3 years of experience in credit card operations, banking, or financial services.

Strong communication skills.
