Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Cairo. The Telesales Specialist will handle duties such as contacting potential customers, managing client relationships, following up on leads, and providing excellent support during the sales process. The role includes tasks such as understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and achieving sales goals. Individuals in this position may also be responsible for contributing to process improvements and collaborating with team members to meet departmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure positive interactions and effective assistance to clients
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers clearly and persuasively
  • Sales experience, including the ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to participate in Training to acquire and refine job-specific skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in managing accounts, credit control, or collections is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
