About the Role

We Cybers is seeking motivated and professional IT Telesales Specialist to join our remote sales team in Egypt. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, proven telesales experience, and IT experience. If you are fluent in English, confident over the phone, and passionate about technology and sales — we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote IT products and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations and client meetings.
  • Present IT solutions, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately manage client data, leads, and call records using CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Proven experience in
    telesales
    , preferably within the
    IT industry

  • Strong
    IT knowledge
    or background in promoting IT solutions or services.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM or other sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

  • Location:
    Remote (Egypt)

    Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours:
    9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Compensation:
    Competitive base salary +
    Commission
