Company Description

Exact Office Solutions, a brand of El Amira Furniture, specializes in modern office furniture designs and high-quality manufacturing. Established in 1984 by Eng. Essam El Ghannam, the company has grown from home furniture under the Top Wood brand to becoming a key player in the office furniture market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook – Instagram – TikTok – LinkedIn).
  • Create a monthly content plan (offers – catalogs – videos – product posts).
  • Write and upload engaging posts & captions.
  • Coordinate with photographer/designer for high-quality photos & videos.
  • Handle customer inquiries (sizes – colors – materials – prices) via messages, calls & emails.
  • Monitor ad campaigns and support online sales growth.
  • Prepare regular performance reports (Reach, Engagement, Leads, Sales).
  • Upload & manage products on the company's website (photos, descriptions, specifications).
  • Update price lists & catalogs (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Assist in general administrative tasks (calls, invoices, reports, scheduling).

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management & admin tasks.
  • Previous experience in furniture or interior design is highly preferred.
  • Strong marketing content writing skills for furniture products.
  • Proficient in
    Excel – Google Sheets – Canva
    (Photoshop & WordPress are a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English .

Work Conditions

  • Full-time (8 hours/day – 5 days/week).
  • Fixed salary + commission.
  • 1 month training.
