Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand engagement and growth. Daily responsibilities include developing and scheduling content, monitoring platform analytics, collaborating with marketing teams, and staying updated on global social media trends. You will also play a key role in implementing innovative strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant experience in BPO, CX, or aligned industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Passion for staying updated with technological innovations and social media trends
