We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who will take full ownership of product development, from concept to launch and iteration. You'll work closely with developers, designers, QA, and data teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of features that enhance user experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

  • Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather insights to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for developers.

  • Work closely with the development team throughout the entire process (from sprint planning and task prioritization to feature delivery and QA testing)

  • Track development progress, monitor timelines, and proactively address blockers or dependencies.

  • Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

  • Conduct feature testing, ensure product quality, and coordinate with QA to validate releases.

  • Measure product performance using key metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion.

  • Lead A/B testing, analyze results, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

  • Communicate clearly across all departments to maintain alignment and transparency.

  • Stay updated with industry trends in live streaming, social networking, and entertainment tech.

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.

  • Experience in product management, preferably within social media, digital entertainment, or F&B (Food & Beverage) industries.

  • Experience working directly with developers and cross-functional tech teams in an Agile or Scrum environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.

  • Very good English level.

  • Background in MENA-based user growth or social entertainment startups.
