​ is revolutionizing AgriTech across the MENA region, and we need a results-obsessed Growth Manager based in our Cairo hub to drive our user and revenue expansion. This is not a standard marketing role; you will own the entire customer acquisition, activation, and retention funnel.

​ Key Responsibilities: Own the Growth Funnel

​AARRR Funnel Ownership: Take full ownership of the Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue metrics across all digital channels (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Search).

​Experimentation and Optimization (A/B Testing): Design and execute rapid A/B tests on website landing pages ), ad copy, and email sequences to continuously improve conversion rates.

​Performance Marketing: Strategically manage multi-million impression campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) targeting B2B AgriTech stakeholders in Egypt and the GCC.

​Market Analysis: Identify and penetrate new professional market segments, using data to inform high-value product-market fit strategies for AgriTech solutions.

​Data-Driven Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, CRM data) to provide clear, actionable insights to the executive team on regional market penetration.

​ Who We Are Looking For

​Experience: 4+ years in a dedicated Growth, Performance Marketing, or Product Management role, preferably within a high-growth E-commerce or VC-backed tech startup.

​Analytical Expert: Deep, proven proficiency in A/B testing frameworks, quantitative analysis, and managing large ad budgets for ROI.

​Tools: Expert user of Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), and Excel for complex modeling.

​Location: Based in Egypt, with a strong understanding of both local and regional (MENA) digital consumer psychology.
