Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Growth & CVM Manager. The Growth & CVM Manager will be responsible to lead our customer lifecycle strategy, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our BNPL ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and includes managing a cross-functional team that designs and delivers impactful initiatives across the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate thrives in data-driven environments, inspires teams to perform at their best, and can scale CVM and growth operations from the ground up.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Growth Marketing, CVM, or Lifecycle Marketing (preferably fintech, BNPL, or consumer lending).
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention mechanics, and pricing models.
  • Ability to deliver results using CVM platforms (MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap) and data tools (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using predictive modeling, NBA, or churn/LTV scoring.
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel orchestration (push, SMS, WhatsApp, callouts, email).
  • Strong project management skills; able to work across multiple stakeholders and entities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to scale processes from scratch.
