Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cardiovascular District Manager. The District Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring sales targets and business objectives are met. Responsibilities include leading and motivating sales teams, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves monitoring compliance with company policies, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Collaboration with various internal departments is key to achieve the company's goals and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in enlisting products within key accounts.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to interpret market trends and create effective business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to maintain and expand client partnerships.
  • Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, sales operations, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using business management tools and CRM software; tech-savviness is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales leadership, preferably within the hypertension or diabetes sector, is a strong advantage.
