Vezeeta is looking for a
Growth Marketing Lead
:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute growth initiatives across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
  • Build and manage a structured growth experimentation roadmap
  • Identify bottlenecks and growth levers across user journeys using data and user insights
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to launch experiments (e.g. landing pages, onboarding flows, in-app triggers)
  • Analyze results, measure impact, and scale what works
  • Own key growth metrics like conversion rates, activation rates, and LTV
  • Develop test hypotheses, design A/B tests, and manage experiment documentation
  • Partner with performance team to provide insights that inform paid strategy (but not execute buying)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or digital experimentation
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data tools like GA, Mixpanel, MOenagage & Adjust
  • Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and user onboarding flows
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Curious, creative thinker with a bias for action and testing
