We're looking for someone who can take charge of our marketing systems, improve conversions, and help us grow sustainably.

  • Working with a start-up, you get to take complete charge on our marketing activities including -but not limited to- running tests on our landing page, directing creatives on social media, establishing a social media presence across different platforms, optimizing chat funnels, creating and testing email marketing funnels, optimizing lead , which would be perfect for your portfolio.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Run, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Manage and improve our Manychat funnel to boost conversions.
  • Set up and optimize email marketing funnels (Mailchimp).
  • Continuously test and optimize our offers, landing pages, and sales copy.
  • Branding & content: help us establish our brand, create monthly content plans and coordinate with our video editor & designer to publish 1–2 high-quality posts per week.

You'll be an ideal fit for this this role if you:

  • Have hands-on experience with paid ads and funnel optimization.
  • Enjoy analyzing data and turning insights into action.
  • Can take initiative, experiment, and think strategically.
  • Are excited to work in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: E£6, E£12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
