About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner to support our product management team in defining and delivering high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will assist in translating business needs into actionable user stories, maintaining the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full Product Owner or Product Manager position.

Key Responsibilities


•Collaborate with the Product Owner to define product goals and roadmaps.


•Help translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.


•Support the prioritization and refinement of the product backlog.


•Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements.


•Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.


•Collect and analyze user feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.


•Track progress, identify potential risks, and ensure on-time delivery of product milestones.


•Document product features, workflows, and updates for internal and external use.

Requirements


•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


•1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project coordination.


•Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.


•Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.


•Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have


•Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or E-commerce industries.


•Background in UX/UI or technical product environments.


•Product Owner or Scrum certification (CSPO or equivalent).**
