Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, events, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and government stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and qualify opportunities to ensure alignment with Avanti's strategic goals.
  • Develop technical and commercial proposals and support tender submissions with internal teams.
  • Lead negotiations and support contract closing to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated project pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Create marketing content for presentations, brochures, website, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize digital presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions and awareness initiatives, ensuring effective brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field). A business-related degree with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
  • 5 years of experience with proven track record in business development and/or sales in construction industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and creating marketing content.
  • Understanding of the post tension construction sector and its trends are preferable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Good to have a car.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
