Business Development Specialist

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to define key priorities, initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Manage proposal response process.
- Generate new leads by cold calling, emails, exhibitions, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and set meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns.
- Identify new markets, geographic regions, and industry sectors to diversify revenue streams and capitalize on emerging trends.
- Identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Following up with the clients for revenue collection.
- Responsible for providing sales quotations, commercial proposals, sustaining and renewing client contracts, as well as systematically pursuing customer opportunities.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
