Senior Business Development 3+ years

Junior Business Development 1+ year

Must-have: Proven experience in marketing agencies.

What you'll do:

1- Generate and qualify leads; manage the sales pipeline.

2- Build strong client relationships and close deals.

3- Coordinate with marketing & delivery teams on tailored proposals.

4- Track performance and hit monthly KPIs.

Requirements:

1- Proven experience within a marketing agency (mandatory).

2- Strong growth mindset, real passion for BD, and eagerness to scale accounts.

3- Consistent ability to hit & exceed targets.

4- Excellent negotiation, communication (Arabic/English), and presentation skills.

5- Self-driven, proactive, strong sense of ownership.

6- Highly organized, detail-focused, and KPI-oriented.

Location: Zamalek, Cairo (On-site)

Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
