We are expanding our team and are currently seeking an
Experienced Business Developer
to join our organization and support our growth in the
construction and engineering consultancy sector
.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience
    in
    business development
    within the
    construction, engineering consultancy, or related technical fields
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    business development functions
    , including lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with
    clients, consultants, and contractors
    .
  • Previous exposure to or working knowledge of
    BIM-related services
    (BIM consultancy, BIM management, digital engineering) is
    highly preferred
    .
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
    .
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute effectively to the company's growth strategy.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
